Grasshopper's day out" 5.9 WI 4+ 120m. FA. Jason Billing, Nick Rapaich, Oct 30 '00.

A variation to Marshall Arts which was only partially formed. Park at
the Fortress lot, or if the gate is open drive to the
backside and stash the car. Climb a 40m WI 3 pitch
immediatly left of the middle smear of Marshall Arts
to a fixed belay. Make a traverse left on rock around
the arete and into the big arching corner. Follow the
corner all the way to it's end, on rock at first, then
link rock and very thin ice for 40m total. Full set of
cams to #3 Camalot, 2 KB, 2 angles, half-set nuts.
Traverse left from the belay on rock to gain a short
WI 4 ice pitch to the top. One 60m rap brings you back
to the fixed station, and another to the ground. Super
fun, good pro, but much easier if Martial arts is
fully formed.
